Adding New Members
As the VirtaMove licensing account administrator, you can add new members to the account and grant them access to the VirtaMove Licensing Portal. Users require access to the licensing portal in order to perform an offline activation, Performing an Offline Activation.
To Add New Members
In your browser, go to the VirtaMove Licensing Portal.
Log in.
In the Create menu on the left, select User.
Enter user details and then click Save.
Assigning a License to a User
As the VirtaMove licensing account administrator, you automatically see all the licenses that are assigned to your company. To grant another user in your company access to a license, you must assign it to that user.
To Assign a License to a User
In your browser, go to the VirtaMove Licensing Portal.
Log in.
In the Licenses menu on the left, click Licenses.
Click the Activation Code of the license that you want to assign.
Click the Assign Accounts tab.
Do one of the following:
Select the user account from the VirtaMove Accounts drop-down list.
Enter the email of the user account. You can select all of the accounts by clicking Select All.
Click Assign. The user is displayed in the Assigned area.
Viewing License Details
Users can view the details of any licenses that are assigned to them. If you are the VirtaMove licensing account administrator, you can view all the licenses that are assigned to your company.
To View License Details
In your browser, go to the VirtaMove Licensing Portal.
Log in.
In the Licenses menu on the left, click Licenses.
Click the Activation Code of the license that you want to view. View details on the Activations, Failures, History, and Assigned Accounts tabs for the license.
