Compression Log

To View the Compression Log Using the Administrative Console

You can view log files related to compressing and uncompressing containers in the Event Viewer or using the Administrative Console.

Compressing a container may fail if there is a problem with security permissions.

  1. In the Administrative Console, select the container you compressed, and then click the Appliance Logs tab.

  2. Click the Compression tab. Any errors relating to compressing or uncompressing a container are displayed.

  3. To reload logs, click the Reload button.

  4. To export messages to a comma-separated values (CSV) file, click the Export to CSV File button.
