Troubleshooting the Connection to a Source

This section describes what to do if the connection to a source cannot be established.
Version Mismatch
The version of the VirtaMove Source Agent does not match the version of V-Maestro. To fix this issue, re-install the VirtaMove Source Agent by one of the following methods:
Manually
Forcing a re-install of the Source Agent
For information, see Installing Source Agents Manually or Installing Source Agents Remotely Using V-Maestro.
SSL Mismatch
Check that the SSL key for the source matches the key that V-Maestro is using to establish the connection.
Unable to Connect
Port 9665 must be open to connect to the VirtaMove Source Agent on the source machine.
Check that your network firewall settings allow the connection.
Check that a Source Agent is running on the source.
