This command lists the environment variables and services available on the source machine for a tethered appliance and adds a service from the source machine to the tethered appliance.

Previously added services are preceded by an asterisk, for example, "*Apache2.2".

Administrator privileges are required.

Syntax

virtasvc <appliance> list
virtasvc <appliance> add <ServiceName> /M

appliance

The full path of the container.

list

Lists the environment variables and services available on the source machine for the tethered appliance.

add

Add the service from the source machine to the tethered appliance.

ServiceName

The name of the service.

/M

  Displays services in a machine-friendly format. Optional.
