Use this command to perform administrative tasks on an appliance being tethered or on a VirtaMove Source Agent.
Administrator privileges are required.
Syntax
VIRTATETHERADMIN /VAA Appliance </N | /S>
VIRTATETHERADMIN /HOST Hostname [/VAA Appliance] /C
VIRTATETHERADMIN [/HOST Hostname] [/VAA Appliance] /U
Options
Option | Description |
/VAA Appliance | The full path of the appliance that is being tethered. |
/HOST Hostname | The name of the source machine on which the Source Agent is running. |
/N | Show the tether activities for the specified appliance. |
/S | Sync the appliance with the source machine. |
/C | If Clear the default registry cache for the specified source machine. If Clear the registry cache in the appliance for the specified source machine. |
/U | Unmount the migrated hives on the local machine. |
/vss <enable|disable> | Enable or disable the Source Agent's VSS_For_File_Tether feature. |
/VssFreeSpaceInPercentage value | Set the minimum free disk space in percentage for creating VSS snapshots on the source machine. |
/VssFreeSpaceInGB value | Set the minimum free disk space in GB for creating VSS snapshots on the source machine. |
/checkvss | Check the VSS status on the source machine. |
